Return & Refund Policy
7-Day Returns
If your watch is damaged, faulty or different from what you ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will arrange a return or replacement.
Condition
Items must be returned in their original packaging with all accessories and the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
Since all orders are Cash on Delivery, refunds for accepted returns are issued via bank transfer or easy paisa within 5–7 working days after we receive the returned item.
Non-Returnable
Watches with physical damage caused by the customer, water damage beyond the stated water-resistance, or missing original packaging cannot be returned.
